Depart
times and return times vary on all houseboat rentals, depending
on what package you book.
Deposit:
Send us one half of your rental fee to
reserve your houseboat. There is also a of deposit
of $1,500.00 that is required for the Executive; and a $1,000.00
deposit required on the Premier. This deposit will be applied to
any outstanding charges including lost or damaged items, late
returns, excessively unclean boats (yes, the dishes have to be
done) or damage resulting from negligent operation or activity
on the houseboat. Deposit must be placed on the Responsible
party's credit card.

personal checks not accepted!
Payments:
The rest
is due 45
days prior
to your trip.
Returning: We only have a few hours to turn them for
the next group. Sometimes people are having so much fun they
forget what day it is (true story). Accordingly, there will be a
$150/hour late fee.
Rental Policy:
We reserve the right to refuse the use of our equipment to
anyone if, in our judgment, the renter is not capable of safely
operating this vessel, or poses a safety concern to
himself/herself, to others, or to the vessel. We reserve the
right to recall the vessel if it is being operated improperly or
unsafely; we will retain all moneys paid as liquidated damages.
If your boat has been broken by a previous renter and it is not
available to your group at the reserved time, our damages to you
will be limited to a full refund of your fare and deposit. You must be over the age of 26 to sign for and operate this
vessel.
Cancellations:
Please try to be sure you are going before you send in that
first payment, at time of booking. We only have a 10 week
season, so our cancellation policy is as follows: no less
than 120 days for houseboats. Anytime less than 120 days forfeit
all fees paid. Anytime before 120 days must submit a written
notice and will forfeit a $500 service fee.
Pets:
Your pets would be safer at home and for the convenience of
other renters, we do not allow any onboard the Executive.
SORRY - NO EXCEPTIONS! Premier rentals need approval when
booking, $100 non-refundable cleaning deposit.
